Jake Goodman

Jake Goodman represents clients in complex commercial litigation and high-stakes business disputes in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitrations. Jake has experience across a broad range of matters, including securities fraud, breach of contract, business torts, trade secret misappropriation, and statutory corporate governance disputes. He draws on his experience clerking for a federal judge, where he drafted opinions and orders in sophisticated commercial matters—including highly technical securities fraud cases—gaining valuable insight into judicial decision making and effective advocacy.
