Julie L. Galbo-Moyes

In her products liability litigation practice, Julie Galbo-Moyes finds creative solutions for clients in the pharmaceutical, healthcare and other industries. Julie drafts dispositive motions involving complex medical, scientific, and regulatory issues, including high-stakes motions with the potential to have a domino effect on similarly situated cases in mass tort litigation. She shields clients from demands for unwarranted discovery and attendant costs by drafting successful oppositions to motions to compel production in multidistrict litigation settings. Julie works with expert witnesses in various disciplines including molecular and clinical genetics, neurology, pathology, oncology, obstetrics and gynecology, infectious diseases, vascular surgery, and neurodevelopmental pediatrics.
