Mike Guerra has experience in complex litigation, including insurance, arbitration, and other contract disputes. Mike has drafted pleadings and pre-trial motions, engaged in discovery and appellate practice, and assisted firm clients with internal investigations. Prior to law school, Mike worked in electoral politics and government. Mike has held positions with elected officials at the federal, state, and local levels, and he has worked on political campaigns, including campaigns for president and the United States Senate.
