He has represented business and industry leaders in litigations in U.S. district and appellate courts, and in Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). In addition to his litigation practice, Ed regularly counsels clients on patent and trademark protection, clearance, licensing, and enforcement strategies.
