Kristy Hsi focuses her practice on corporate matters and clients in the entertainment, media, and sports industries. Kristy draws on previous experiences working with private and corporate clients in various commercial transactions, helping to minimize risk, safeguard client assets, and structure businesses. Before joining Venable, she worked as a corporate paralegal at an Am Law 100 firm, in a clinic where she helped independent documentary filmmakers with licensing and distribution agreements, and in a clinic with high-profile collegiate athletes, advising on their name, image, and likeness deals and tax compliance.
