Marianne Hellauer advises high-net-worth clients on estate planning strategies that include complex business entity and trust structuring issues. Marianne concentrates her practice primarily in the areas of estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning for entrepreneurs and executives of public companies as well as the representation of fiduciaries in all aspects of trust and estate administration, including tax audits and probate matters. She also advises individuals and institutions on charitable planning matters, including the organization and operation of private foundations and public endowments.
