Monic Halsey focuses her practice on complex matters related to real estate, including the development, sale, and financing of commercial projects. Monic represents buyers and sellers in real estate acquisition and disposition transactions, lenders and borrowers in commercial finance transactions, and institutional clients in structured financing transactions. Her experience includes negotiating and drafting purchase agreements, development agreements, easements, and restrictive covenants. Monic also has experience negotiating and documenting loan transactions, conducting loan settlements, and drafting and negotiating business entity documents.
