Sarah Hoffman

Sarah Hoffman has represented clients in a wide range of environmental and land use matters, including litigating citizen suits, navigating the permitting process, and defending against agency enforcement actions. Sarah has extensive experience working with the California Environmental Quality Act, Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, the Endangered Species Act, and California’s Housing Accountability Act. She has represented both project developers and opponents, giving her insight into the litigation strategies employed on each side of environmental disputes.
