Clara Jung

Clara Jung focuses on regulatory matters in support of our Nonprofit and Political Law practice groups. Clara advises public charities, social welfare organizations, trade organizations, and other entities in her practice. She assists clients on a broad range of issues, including corporate governance, entity formation, charitable solicitation registration, and contract preparation and review. Before and while earning her law degree, Clara worked at a nationwide auto insurance company as a supervisor. This gave her experience in interacting with state governments regarding regulation compliance and filings. Clara also joined Venable as a summer associate while in law school.
