Stephanie Johnson

Before joining Venable, Stephanie represented lenders, borrowers, and developers in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including buying, selling, financing, and development of commercial property. She has worked with medical, multifamily, self-storage, retail, warehouse, and condominium properties across the United States. She also represented one of the nation's largest aggregate materials companies in numerous acquisitions and sales of asphalt and ready-mix concrete plants, quarries, and related distribution outlets and buffer properties.

Before practicing law, Stephanie taught high school English in Tallahassee, Florida.
