Audrey Kim

Associate

Audrey Kim focuses her practice on private wealth management, with an emphasis on strategic asset preservation and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and families. With hands-on experience from previous legal internship roles at Christie's Auction House and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Audrey brings a nuanced understanding of intellectual property (IP) and transactional law to the firm's East Coast clients.

Audrey draws on a diverse legal background in IP and transactional law to support clients in managing and protecting their wealth. Through legal internships, Audrey developed an understanding of the unique legal challenges surrounding high-value assets. Her pro bono work in the Cardozo School of Law Visual and Performing Arts Field Clinic provided valuable insights into nonprofit and creative sector legal needs.

While in law school, Audrey served as the academic chair for the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and held a leadership position on the executive board of the Cardozo Law Review, where she honed skills in legal writing and analysis. Today, she is dedicated to offering high-quality legal support in private wealth management, helping clients navigate estate planning, asset structuring, and regulatory compliance.
