Kristin Koger is an experienced trial attorney, with a focus on complex business litigation and consumer class action litigation. With over 20 years of litigation experience, Kristin has worked with clients on matters involving corporate governance disputes, employment-related disputes, antitrust and unfair competition claims, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and trust and estate management matters. Her experience includes the representation of large corporations and individual business owners, in disputes seeking both monetary and injunctive relief. Kristin has also represented various clients in investigations and litigation by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Department of Justice (DOJ), and state attorneys general.

Beyond her trial experience, Kristin routinely advises clients on matters of risk avoidance and general day-to-day business practices. This includes assisting clients with the preparation and review of documents including contracts, as well as the development and implementation of corporate policies and best practices. She also counsels clients on matters relating to estate and trust administration.

Kristin is currently serving her third term as an appointed member of the Character Committee for the Seventh Appellate Judicial Circuit of Maryland. In connection with that role, Kristin conducts investigations, interviews and hearings on the character and fitness of the applicants to the Bar of Maryland. Prior to entering private practice, Kristin served as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable Vincent E. Ferretti, Jr. of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Maryland.
