Michelle Lavrichenko focuses her practice on patent litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act. Michelle leverages her experience as a pharmacist and her background in the pharmaceutical industry to effectively represent clients in the life sciences space. Before joining Venable, Michelle completed internships in the medical information and legal departments of two large pharmaceutical companies. During law school, Michelle also externed at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, where she gained valuable experience in judicial chambers, and at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, where she supported parties in mediation.
