Michelle Lavrichenko practices patent litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act and advises clients on Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulatory matters. Michelle leverages her experience as a pharmacist and her background in the pharmaceutical industry to effectively represent clients in the life sciences space. Before joining Venable, Michelle completed internships at two large pharmaceutical companies. During law school, Michelle also externed at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, where she gained valuable experience in judicial chambers, and at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, where she supported parties in mediation.
