Rebecca Lee defends clients facing labor and employment issues related to sexual harassment, gender and disability, discrimination claims, and wage and hour matters. Rebecca also counsels clients on myriad employment issues, including leave requests, termination decisions, accommodations, and employment policies. She routinely negotiates employments deals on behalf of employers for high-level executives. She has experience in wage and hour class actions, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) cases, single-plaintiff cases in California federal and state courts, and arbitrations before JAMS and the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Prior to law school, Rebecca spent two years volunteering for the Peace Corps in Ecuador.
