Lin Steven

Steven Lin draws on his diverse professional background and global outlook to advise clients on a wide range of regulatory and legislative issues impacting international trade. Steven brings a unique blend of legal and editorial experience to address clients' cross-border business needs. As a former judicial intern for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, he gained useful insight into the judicial process and regulatory enforcement. Steven also served as the executive editor for the Georgetown Law Journal Annual Review of Criminal Procedure, developing a keen eye for detail and analytical precision.

During law school, Steven served as a student attorney with the Center for Applied Legal Studies at Georgetown Law, where he represented two asylum seekers in removal proceedings. Steven conducted client intakes, interviewed witnesses, prepared and submitted multiple motions and a legal brief to the Immigration Court, and delivered oral arguments, which culminated in a successful grant of asylum for both clients.
