An experienced negotiator in the tech sector with an ability to distill complex technical matters, Ben draws on his background to help clients achieve their goals. He has assisted on a variety of matters, including contract negotiation, review, and analysis for information technology (IT) products.

Before and during law school, Ben worked as a manager of global licensing for a patent pool, where he licensed patents covering video compression, wireless charging, and adaptive streaming technologies to startups and Fortune 500 companies across the world. Ben’s background in licensing and communicating on technical matters (many times through language barriers) is a foundational element of his practice.
