Damineh Morsali focuses on complex patent litigation. Damineh earned her Ph.D. in neuropharmacology from Oxford University, followed by postdoctoral research positions at world-renowned institutions. Her scientific research background in both clinical and experimental drug trials includes the identification of novel mechanisms of pathology and novel therapeutics for multiple sclerosis and Guillain-Barré syndrome, and gene therapy for stroke. Damineh leverages her scientific knowledge to assist clients with pre-suit investigations, patent litigation, International Trade Commission (ITC) proceedings, licensing, and due diligence analysis in an array of technologies, including biologics, RNA interference, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.
