Laney Marsh is part of a team that assists clients with complicated commercial real estate matters. Before law school, Laney studied environmental policy, taking an acute interest in the intersections between the land and the law. Today, she draws from that experience when reviewing and analyzing real estate due diligence materials such as title commitments, ALTA surveys, and zoning reports. Laney spent a summer with Venable and returns to the Baltimore office with a profound dedication to producing excellent legal work for the benefit of both her colleagues and her clients.
