Gregory J. Manas
Greg supports trial teams through every stage of patent litigation, including claim construction, fact and expert discovery, and trial preparation. He works closely with scientists and technical experts to analyze complex technologies, conduct prior art and patent landscape analyses, and develop effective litigation strategies grounded in both technical insight and legal precision.
Greg is valued for his client-centered approach and his ability to unpack highly technical scientific and regulatory issues to support clear, business-critical decision making. He partners closely with in-house teams to develop practical, efficient litigation strategies aligned with each client's objectives, drawing on a strong scientific foundation rooted in his academic training.
During law school, Greg served as an articles editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. He also participated in the Giles Sutherland Rich Moot Court Competition, winning the national competition in patent appellate advocacy with his teammate.
