Jasmine Martinez is actively involved in complex civil and commercial litigation in both federal and state courts. Jasmine has represented clients in matters related to consumer class actions and competitor disputes, advertising, marketing, privacy, and e-commerce. She also supports litigation and enforcement actions involving the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the National Advertising Division (NAD).

In addition to litigation, Jasmine assists in counseling advertisers, affiliate networks, lead generators, and advertising agencies on regulatory compliance. This involves providing guidance on Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act; FTC rules and guidelines; California's Automatic Renewal Law; the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA); the CAN-SPAM Act; California's anti-spam law; the federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA); and state laws governing unfair and deceptive acts and practices.
