Lauren Modelski is an experienced litigator who uses a deep understanding of psychology to develop arguments and approaches that resonate with judges and juries. Lauren performs extensive legal research, drafts and responds to motions, oversees the discovery process, and prepares witnesses in cases across a range of industries. Her clients benefit from her strong grasp on the factors that drive human behavior and decision making as she creates strategies that help them prevail in a variety of white collar defense cases and commercial disputes.
