Christina Nordsten represents companies and individuals in a variety of complex litigation matters involving labor and employment, entertainment and intellectual property, general business disputes, and environmental litigation involving the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). Christina’s versatile case load and experience provide her with a wealth of knowledge from which she creatively approaches her cases. She is well versed in all aspects of state and federal litigation, including motion practice in the initial pleading stage, discovery, dispositive motions, trial preparation, mediation, alternative dispute resolution, and appellate proceedings.
