  • Represented a residential mortgage lender in connection with a $300 million master repurchase facility with a global financial institution to provide warehouse financing for residential mortgage loans
  • Represented a publicly traded public affairs and government relations company in connection with its approximately $75 million acquisition of substantially all of the assets of a government relations and lobbying firm, with consideration consisting of cash, common stock, and earnout payments
  • Represented a leading U.S. homebuilder in connection with a $50 million letter of credit facility with a global financial institution for the issuance of performance and payment letters of credit
