Ashley also supports public and private financing transactions, including equity and debt offerings, as well as advising clients on Securities Act and Exchange Act reporting obligations, corporate governance matters, and ongoing securities law compliance. Ashley regularly assists with the preparation of disclosure documents and periodic reports, and she supports clients through a variety of transactional and regulatory matters.
Passionate about helping clients grow their businesses, in law school Ashley focused her studies on business law. Prior to law school, she studied business administration at Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business.
