Rose Abigail

Abby Rose focuses her practice on commercial real estate matters, including property acquisition, leasing, and financing. As a student attorney for the Michigan Entrepreneurship Clinic during law school, Abby worked with businesses owners to initiate entity formation, protect intellectual property, and understand the needs of new companies. She also worked as a summer associate at Venable, where she researched matters on corporate governance and real estate investment trusts (REITs).

Abby graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, where she worked as a contributing editor for the Michigan Journal of International Law. During law school, she also served as a co-chair for the Art, Museums, and Cultural Heritage Law Society, during which she helped to organize a lawyer-led panel on art restitution and property law issues. As part of her undergraduate degree, she completed a thesis on matters of art law and current litigation involving museums and private individuals.
