Kaitlyn Rodnick practices intellectual property (IP) law with an emphasis on the life sciences industry. Kaitlyn’s experience includes patent and trade secret litigation in federal courts and Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). Her background in cellular and molecular biology positions her to effectively represent clients in an array of technologies, including biologics, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. In law school, Kaitlyn served as editor-in-chief of the Tulane Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property and externed for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
