Kaitlyn Rodnick

Kaitlyn Rodnick focuses her practice on life sciences, representing innovator clients in high-stakes U.S. and multi-jurisdictional disputes. Kaitlyn’s practice includes Hatch-Waxman litigation, inter partes review proceedings, licensing disputes, and intellectual property (IP) due diligence for major transactions. She also advises on pre-litigation strategy, including freedom-to-operate and validity analyses. Kaitlyn holds an undergraduate degree in cellular and molecular biology and, during law school, served as editor in chief of the Tulane Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property and externed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
