Matthew Rutkowski focuses his practice on meeting the needs of clients across various real estate finance matters. Matthew entered law school with a background in economics, seeking to pursue matters at the intersection of business and the law. During law school, he immersed himself in financial and corporate law coursework, while also studying topics in artificial intelligence (AI) and game theory at Duke's Fuqua School of Business. Matthew spent a summer with Venable, where he conducted due diligence for real estate matters and researched novel areas of Maryland corporate law.
