Randi M. Rubinstein

Randi Rubinstein focuses her practice on corporate law matters. Randi has experience assisting in the drafting of various corporate transactional documents. She graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she earned a business law certification. While in law school, she served as a notes and comments editor for the Maryland Law Review and as president of the Business Law Society. Prior to attending law school, Randi earned a B.B.A. in business management and human resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
