Samuel Rosenblatt

Samuel Rosenblatt guides clients through commercial real estate transactions. Samuel's team serves a diverse group of clients, including real estate investment trusts (REITs), developers, real estate funds, pension funds, and other real estate investors and their advisors. While in law school, Samuel worked as a judicial extern for Chief Judge Roger Gregory at the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit in Richmond, Virginia. Samuel also interned at the Community Tax Law Project, where he helped low-income taxpayers navigate state and federal tax issues. 

Samuel previously worked with the real estate team at Venable as a 2020 summer associate. Before studying law, he gained experience in hospitality management and human resources management consulting.
