• Successfully obtained New York Appellate Division, First Department decision affirming denial of motion for a preliminary injunction halting the sale of assets in a CMBS trust
• Advised a national consumer products company in a putative consumer class action concerning a "natural" label on client's laundry detergent products
• Advised a multinational investment bank in a mediation concerning the indemnification of its legal fees
• Advised a government housing agency in a dispute with a manufactured-home township
