Jillian Sprong assists clients with a wide range of labor and employment matters. Jillian is part of a team that defends employers against work-related claims before state and federal courts and advises clients regarding compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. In law school, she was a member of the Managing Board of the Villanova Law Review. Jillian also participated in Venable’s summer associate program, where she researched and wrote memoranda on labor and employment, litigation, intellectual property, and real estate matters. Prior to her legal career, Jillian served as an associate at a global executive recruiting firm.
