Katy Shi

Katy Shi is a full stack data analyst with experience in bioinformatics and computer science. Katy crafts data management and data protection strategies to help clients navigate regulatory landscapes with confidence. Prior to joining Venable, Katy was the lead data analyst for the Trust and Safety program in Meta’s DevOps organization. There, she developed dashboards, pipelines, and automated reports used throughout the company to mitigate and identify compliance risks. Prior to Meta, she was a data analyst consultant, influencing the production of smart glasses by analyzing user test data to improve battery life and user experience (UX).
