Staff Attorney

Cabell Vest is a seasoned attorney with nearly 20 years of experience advising clients on legal matters at the intersection of real estate, design, construction, and environmental law. His practice includes acquisition, financing, and disposition transactions and related matters. Cabell brings deep insight from earlier roles as a land use planner, an advisor to water and wastewater utilities, and in-house counsel at a major bank, where he supported design, construction, and facilities contracting.
