Joseph M. Walsh

Joe Walsh represents clients in intellectual property matters related to the life sciences industry. Joe brings his scientific knowledge and experience in patents, trademarks, and copyright to his litigation practice. In addition to numerous internships during law school, he participated in the Intellectual Property and Information Law Clinic at Fordham, where he advised clients seeking assistance with patent prosecution and federal trademark registration. Joe has experience conducting legal research and fact investigation in litigation cases, reviewing information disclosure statements (IDS) in patent application files, and drafting appellate briefs.
