Joe Walsh

Joe Walsh focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on life sciences matters. Joe has worked on trade secret and patent litigation matters in federal courts. He has been involved in several phases of litigation through expert discovery and has drafted dispositive and other types of motions. He also has transactional experience working on diligence matters in the life sciences space, including conducting freedom to operate analyses.

During law school, Joe worked for the intellectual property clinic, where he counseled clients on trademark matters and assisted with appellate briefing related to New York’s Freedom of Information Law (FOIL). He has a B.S. in biology from SUNY Albany.
