Sarah represents lenders in the origination of commercial mortgage loans secured by various types of real estate collateral, including office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, and apartment complexes. She has considerable experience representing regional and national financial institutions in acquisition and construction loans, syndications, revolving credit facilities, and loan workout and restructuring matters. Before joining Venable, Sarah cultivated her deep knowledge of commercial real estate lending law for nearly 20 years at an international law firm.
