Jerrit Yang

Jerrit Yang focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on life sciences matters. Jerrit also has experience in drafting provisional patent applications and office action responses and has been involved in due diligence projects assessing patentability, freedom to operate, and competitive landscape. Prior to law school, he served as a patent examination extern at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
