Nicole Yapp counsels domestic and international clients on Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulatory matters. Nicole regularly helps clients mitigate the risk of marketing-related litigation and regulatory challenges. She advises clients on the labeling, advertising, and marketing of products, including food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, drugs, and medical devices. Nicole also prepares legal opinions evaluating the regulatory status of clients’ consumer goods and has experience providing due diligence support in corporate transactions.

While in law school, Nicole worked as a student attorney for the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau’s family law practice. In that role, she litigated and won a family law trial in Suffolk Probate and Family Court. She also conducted documentary and evidentiary research and prepared motions and briefs for presentation in court.
