Viktoriya Shpigelman, with the help of Kelly E. Johnson, was a guest lecturer via videoconference to Russian law students at Udmurt State University on April 19, 2017. Ms. Shpigelman presented on impeachment proceedings at the federal and state levels. The program was sponsored by the Southern Illinois University School of Law and the American Bar Association.
