Michael Joblove and Nina Greene will be moderating panels at the 2024 International Franchise Association Legal Symposium in Washington, DC. Nina Greene, vice chair and incoming chair of the 2024 IFA Legal Symposium, will moderate the general session Judicial Update, which will identify key franchise legal trends that are impacting the franchise community and examine what the most important cases mean for the future of franchising’s legal and business operations. Michael Joblove will moderate and speak in a session titled “Critical Issues in International Dispute Resolution: What You Plan for When Everyone Is Still Happy.” The symposium will take place from May 5 through May 7 at the Grand Hyatt Washington.
