Law360 recently released its ranking of the top ten busiest product liability practices in the United States and named Venable to the third spot on the list.
The ranking, which was released in an article on Law360's web site, is also published in the 2009 Law360 Litigation Almanac. Firms Tucker Ellis and Shook Hardy took the number one and two spots on the list (respectively), with Hughes Hubbard and Jackson Kelly rounding out the top five.
The ranking was developed by number of non-asbestos related cases for which firms were retained as counsel over a recent one-year period.
