The May 15, 2009 edition of The Hill includes Venable partner Tom Quinn on the publication's annual "Best in the Business: Hired Guns" list of leading lobbyists in Washington. Of the longtime feature on the list, The Hill notes "no list of top lobbyists would be complete without Quinn."
The story goes on to call Quinn "one of the best people in town to have lunch with, even if ethics rules prevent him from buying."
