Mr. Debolt assists companies and individuals on all issues that arise from doing business with the federal government, including civil fraud. Mr. Debolt has litigated numerous claims before the various Boards of Contract Appeals and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. In addition, he has written and taught extensively on numerous government contract issues, including the protection of contractor’s data rights. Mr. Debolt’s primary office is located in the firm's Washington, DC office.
