A.J. Zottola recently completed an IT outsourcing arrangement on behalf of one Hollywood’s leading providers of production accounting and payroll processing services and solutions. The arrangement was with one of the largest media and advertising companies to facilitate the development, production, and distribution of a variety of media projects, including television, digital, feature film, music programming, commercials, graphic and interactive design, exhibitions, events, and original photography.
The completed deal involved the licensing of Software as a Service solutions and the provision of information technology support and production accounting resources for offices in the United States, Asia, Europe and Australia. The negotiated deal also involved the negotiated management of an information technology and data security audit of the client’s facilities.
