On Tuesday, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) released a decision in favor of Venable client Textron, Inc. over a nearly $43 million Army contract for repair and refurbishment of armored security vehicles. Honeywell Technology Solutions Inc. was protesting the contract awarded to Textron. The GAO denied all of Honeywell’s protest grounds.
