Venable represented Anne Arundel Health System in the issuance and sale of $73,625,000 Maryland Health and Higher Educational Facilities Authority Revenue Bonds, Anne Arundel Health System Issue, Series 2012. The refinancing achieved over $10 million in debt service savings for the System.
