On March 28, 2013 Law360 featured Venable’s latest victory on behalf of New York Law School in a class action suit brought by students and alumni who claimed the school published misleading employment data. On Thursday, the New York Court of Appeals denied the plaintiffs’ motion for appeal. Last March, a Manhattan trial judge threw out the initial case and an appeals court affirmed the dismissal in December.
