In a January 2, 2015 article, Law360 named a breach-of-contract case involving the owner of Miami's Eden Roc hotel and its former manager, Marriott International, among the top hospitality cases to watch in 2015. The case is currently moving through the discovery phase in New York Supreme Court and will determine which party, if any, violated the management agreement and the extent to which that party can be held liable for damages.
