A Venable team consisting of partner Peter Koffler and associate Jared Wachtler recently represented the family owners of the historic Hotel Elysee in New York City. The deal was valued at $55 million and is subject to the terms of its existing lease that runs through 2041. Built in 1927 and home to the famed Monkey Bar, the hotel has a unique name for each room instead of numbers.
