Steven Weinberger-negotiated restaurant lease for East End Capital featured in The Real Deal

Working on behalf of East End Capital, Venable counsel Steven Weinberger recently completed lease negotiations for a new restaurant and cooking school run by famous chef Norman Van Aken in Miami. Located in East End Capital's Wynwood Arcade, the 5,500-square-foot restaurant features a rooftop bar and lounge while the cooking school will feature one kitchen with 16 workstations.
